• Service agreements and engagement letters

• Invoice approvals and payment authorizations

• Board and shareholder decisions and consents

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree to:

• Keep your signature access links confidential and secure

• Not share, forward, or distribute signature invitation emails to any third party

• Not allow anyone else to sign documents on your behalf using your credentials

• Immediately notify us if you believe your signature access has been compromised

We will:

• Collect and store IP addresses, timestamps, and device information for audit purposes

• Maintain detailed signature logs for legal and compliance requirements

• Implement appropriate security measures to protect the signature process

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

You acknowledge that electronic signatures require a reliable internet connection and compatible device. Technical issues during the signing process should be reported immediately. Completed signatures cannot be undone once submitted.

RECORD KEEPING

All electronically signed documents will be stored securely and made available to you upon request. Signature audit trails, including IP addresses, timestamps, and authentication data, will be maintained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability regarding the electronic signature platform is limited to providing the technical means for document execution. We are not responsible for the legal content or implications of the documents you sign.
